All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States.

Blank Nerd ships all orders from Canada. As a result, your order may be subject to tariffs, import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Blank Nerd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping Tariffs:

"How will tariffs impact my order?"

The short answer:

• Orders in Canada are not impacted by US/CA tariffs.
• Orders in the United States may be impacted by US/CA tariffs imposed by the government.

The long answer:

We don't know. With seemingly daily announcements, changes, reversals, and negotiations between the US and other countries. Governments and industries around the world are themselves trying to figure things out

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@blanknerd.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Canadian orders: Free Shipping and Regular Parcel shipping rates do not deliver to P.O. boxes

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
